Registration

The selection committee will assess the applications based primarily on the motivation and potential impact of the workshop on the applicant's research and on the possible impact on the host institute and country. The committee prioritizes applications from scientists based in the institution from countries in Central and Eastern Europe. However, well-motivated applications from outside the region will also be considered. Please note: registration does not guarantee participation in the workshop. All application materials must be submitted in English. Applications received before February 15, 2025, will receive full consideration. Recommendation letters are not required. The application process results will be announced on March 15, 2025 by email.

Applicants should submit a CV and a letter summarizing research interests and motivation to attend the workshop. There is no registration fee. All accepted participants will have accomodation and meals covered for the duration of the workshop.
